Due to the personal nature of our skincare, body care, feminine care, and beauty products, all sales are final.

By purchasing from Esther Collective LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

No Refund Policy

Esther Collective LLC does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged for monetary value, or reversed.

This includes but is not limited to:

- Change of mind

- Personal scent or texture preference

- Ordering the wrong item

- Shipping carrier delays

- Melted or softened products due to heat exposure

- Opened or used products

- Packages marked as delivered

- Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

- Natural texture variations in handcrafted products

All sales are final.

Exchange Policy (Exchange Only)

If you believe there is a verified quality-related issue with your order, Esther Collective LLC may approve an exchange under the following conditions:

- Product must be unused and unopened

- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery

- Proof of purchase and order number are required

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is confirmed to be a fulfillment error

- Exchanges are limited to equal-value products only

- No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued

Products showing signs of:

- use

- tampering

- improper storage

- heat damage after delivery

- excessive handling

will not qualify for the exchange.

For hygiene and safety reasons, feminine care products may not qualify for exchange once opened.

Heat Exposure & Melting Disclaimer

Many Esther Collective LLC products are made with natural oils, butters, and botanical ingredients that may soften or melt during shipping or warm weather conditions.

Melting does not affect:

- product quality

- effectiveness

- fragrance

- or performance

By purchasing from Esther Collective LLC, customers acknowledge and accept the possibility of texture changes during transit.

We are not responsible for:

- melted products

- softened whipped textures

- products left in mailboxes, porches, vehicles, or outdoor areas

- heat exposure after delivery

If your product melts:

- allow it to cool naturally

- or refrigerate briefly until solidified

Please note:

Whipped products may re-solidify with a different texture after melting. This is normal and does not impact performance.

Melted products do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Esther Collective LLC is not responsible for:

- lost packages marked delivered

- stolen packages

- carrier delays

- transit damage

- incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We strongly recommend:

- verifying your shipping address before checkout

- monitoring tracking updates closely

- retrieving packages promptly after delivery

- using secure delivery locations

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not qualify for replacement or reshipment.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.

Natural Product Variations

Because our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients, slight variations in:

- color

- texture

- consistency

- fragrance intensity

may naturally occur and are not considered defects.
