Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
All Sales Are Final Due to the personal nature of our handcrafted skincare, body care, and beauty products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review our full Return, Exchange & Product Care Policy before placing your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Esther Collective LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery confirmation. Please contact your shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not qualify for replacement or reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.
Heat & Shipping Conditions Many of our products contain natural oils and butters that may soften or melt during transit, especially in warm weather. This does not affect product quality or performance. Melted products do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
