Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the issue has been reviewed.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or altered items cannot be returned.
